As Director of Child Care Services, Donna Foley oversees the regions child care resource and referral, Child Care Link, and the Child and Adult Care Food Program. Donna sits on several planning and advisory committees for various organizations in the Roanoke Valley. In addition, Donna is Advisory Council Chair for the Virginia Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies, a position she has held for over three years.
