When a single mother fleeing domestic violence dials 2-1-1, we connect her to emergency shelter and safety. When someone living with HIV loses access to medical care, we make sure they’re not lost in the system. When a veteran becomes unhoused, we don’t offer sympathy—we offer solutions.
