HMIS Participating Agencies

See below for lists of agencies that participate directly with the Blue Ridge Continuum of Care by adding data to the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) or indirectly by providing services to the homeless population or attending Blue Ridge CoC meetings. 

HMIS Client Release of Information (ROI) Forms

Agencies that participate directly in HMIS should have each client fill out a Release of Information (ROI) form before entering any information into the database.
